Kettle Corn or Butter fan?

Here is my recipe for  sweet, salty & savory air popped popcorn…

Ingredients:
-Organic popcorn kernels (follow directions on air popper)
For every 1/4 Cup of kernels:
-1 Tbsp Grassfed butter(I use Kerrygold)
-a dash of Sea salt
-a dash of Garlic Powder
-1/4-1/2 Tbsp Xylitol (depending on how sweet you like it)
-1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast or grated Parmesan Cheese

Quick tip: I bought a plug in air popper because I find it super easy and you can buy one for less than $20!

Follow directions for air popper to pop popcorn into a bowl.
In the butter cup on top of the popper: add butter, sea salt, xylitol, & garlic powder. It will melt while you pop popcorn! Stir as needed.

Once popcorn is done, pour the butter mixture onto the freshly popped corn. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast (adds a cheesy flavor) or grated Parmesan.
