Yay!…the news is finally bringing this mainstream! It is time to get rid of your vegetable oil, canola oil, margarine & low/non-fat foods! Instead switch to HIGH QUALITY GOOD FATS like cold-pressed coconut oil, ghee, grass fed butter, or bacon fat when heating food and avocado oil & olive oil on cold food! Time to ditch the low fat foods and switch to full fat!
